chest cramp bcs of a cocoa drink

19F, with no diagnosed medical condition

why is my chest cramping ? or hurting after drinking cold milo (powdered, a cocoa drink) mixed with a lil bit of sugar. i just noticed that if often happens when im drinking this specific drink.

i also experience this cramping (i describe it as like someone is holding to your heart and squeezing it) during unexpected and random times. it is still cramping until now.
