CDF drum TSB

So the dealership replaced my CDF drum because of hard shifting in between gears three and four. After they had my truck for about seven weeks, finally got it back and now it won’t start half the time. When the auto stop start stops at a red light, the truck will not restart. Have to keep turning the key to finally start. Has anyone else experienced this and what caused it? My truck is currently at the dealership waiting to get looked at again.
