Ausnutzung von Mitarbeitern

Are any of you aware of just how bad FC treats their employees? The people working the bars, kiosks and waiters don’t get a break for the whole day. They have to be there 30 minutes before the shift starts, unpaid. To change into uniform. There they have to hand in their id to get a Tshirt. They don’t have lockers, changing rooms or personal bathrooms. They change in the guest bathroom and have to leave their personal belongings anywhere around their position like inside bars or the closets of VIP Logen. They are not allowed to sit down even one second for the whole entire shift. They are instructed to smile all the time, not wear jewelry and not to take tips. They don’t have a break!!! No matter if the shift is 5 or 9 hours. But 30 minutes gets deducted from their pay either way. They also don’t get any food even if there is tons of leftovers and the other companies that provide their own food there are instructed not to give anything to the employees. The people that work directly for FC are paid barely above minimum wage, which means 13€. While people from outside (Leiharbeiter) are paid more. They get attacked, harassed, abused and insulted by customers and other employees. 17 year olds get burning fireworks thrown on them. Others are showered in beer, are barked at, flirted with or get racist comments. The ordering system is the biggest mess I have ever seen. Employees don’t even get the chance to work according to their personal standards. The parking lot for employees is more than 10 minutes away from the stadium. And there is so much more. FC is well aware of all of these issues and they don’t care
