Sodium cromoglycate did something
I don't know how. When I was taking 500 mg a day, it didn't help. When I increased it to 1 gram a day, my food tolerance suddenly increased. Why is this strange? Because before, my throat would swell up within a minute, three at most, after coming into contact with the allergen. And how is this related to the gut?!
Well, I take a proton pump inhibitor, and so I guess I destroyed my gut, and it somehow destroyed my immune system. So... Could someone help me?
The thing is, I suspect I need probiotics. Unfortunately, I only have 355 euros a month for all my needs. 20 euros goes to magnesium taurate, 10 to calcium citrate, 25 to my cell phone plan, 19 to my transit pass, and so on... As a result, I have no idea where to find such cheap probiotics. The thing is, I have dysphagia, so unfortunately I can't swallow pills. That's why I need probiotics in powder form. I found some powder, but then I learned that the bacteria die when exposed to air, which means that such powder is useless.
Unfortunately, chewable probiotics all contain a huge list of allergens.
I can buy them on Amazon, but I can spend a maximum of 30 euros a month on them (although I'm not sure I can even afford that, but I'll try). The fact that I feel better because of my intestines gives me hope... But I still can't find the right probiotics. After all, the bacteria will die in the stomach acid if the capsule is opened. I need help(
