Gagging and Loss of Appetite

Hello, I’m 29M and was diagnosed with celiac disease last November 2024. Over the last 3 weeks I’ve been gagging and have no appetite. Since March 2025 i’ve been having the slight urge to have a bowel movement despite not actually having to go. This was also my only symptom which led to my original celiac diagnosis. I need help with the gagging and appetite loss please because i’m barely eating. I can’t do anything in public. I just stay sitting or laying down. I went to a doc last week. She said it could be a virus or celiac related and sent a referral to a gi.

I have a follow up with my pcp next week. The doc said my labs look fine. Although my mch, mchc, monocyte % and percent transferrin saturation were slightly lower than the normal range. She did give me compazine for the gagging which didnt help and i also had a reaction to it and went to the ED bc i started to slightly slur my words. Any advice is appreciated
