Eyes concern - Hyperopic astigmatism 21 month old

My 21 month old daughter's prescription is Right eye +1.5 * 1.00 X 090 and left eye 0.50 spherical. Are there chances of her outgrowing it with age? Can we help her in any way to bring it down? What is the general pattern - improve/worsen with age. Anyone with similar experience please share how it went for you
