Nagsisi dahil hindi kumuha ng senior level experience sa audit

Hi all, meron ba ditong nagsisi dahil hindi kayo kumuha ng senior level experience sa audit kahit 1yr? Would it make a big difference if I were to leave the firm and transition to accounting with just a title of being promoted pero walang supervisory experience vs sa may 1 busy season experience as senior associate? Please share your experience/thoughts hehe.
