Anyone worked at saltgrass before? Looking for advice

Hey I recently got hired as a server at Saltgrass Steakhouse and they mentioned some structured tier/ranking system like you’re evaluated every two months and your section assignments depend on your rank. I’ve worked at my mom’s restaurant growing up and did hostessing and food running at 54th St. during high school, but this will be my first time serving tables directly.

Has anyone here worked at Saltgrass and experienced the tier system? How did ranking work for you? Any tips for moving up quickly or making it worth it? Would love to hear your real experiencesgood, bad, or ugly: what did you wish you’d known going in?
