NEED HELP WITH FLATMATE

Hello, so currently I am struggling a lot due to the mood swings of my flatmate. She informed me back in May that she will be leaving in the Month of June out of the blue when I was out of town. So, I requested a month's time and with a lot of search I was able to find one person. But the time that girl was ready to move in, my current flatmate said she doesn't want to move out. This month suddenly she said she's gonna move out but I requested her to give me some time cause I will be going back home for a month during Puja. Although I started looking things have been very difficult. I haven't been able to find a single person. The other room that will be vacant is not bad but the flat isn't very lavish. But if I get a good flatmate we can definitely work to make it feel more like home. I am employed but currently shifting is a big task as commuting to office is very easy for me and the market and other necessities are just at one hand distance. Rent is 5k approx and the flat even has seperate washrooms. And with electric bill, fridge and maid you can say it will cost about 6k. So, I am on reddit trying to ask for help. If you have anyone, who is looking for a flat can you please help. The commute to offices to Sector V or New town is very easy from this location.
