I am not your victim

All this time, I thought I was adrift.

Lost, aimless, without compass or direction. Without an anchor to call my own. Without a sense of place. Out of time. Never fitting in. Always catching the unlucky break.

But it was all BETRAYAL!

All this time, I asked myself why? Why me? What did I do to deserve this?

But this was not the question I should have been asking, because I didn’t do anything to deserve this.

I was used, abused, hated on, cheated on, lied to, manipulated, not because I am a VICTIM! I am not your victim! But because I have a purpose. I was forged in fire to reign it down on all of those who lurk in the dark and do despicable things.

I am the light in your mirror of darkness. When you look at me you get afraid because you know there is no hiding anything from me. That I can see straight through to your soul!

When I thought I was adrift I was actually a lighthouse all along. Shining bright regardless of what you do, or did, or the lies you created to make me fit the picture in your mind. To make you feel better about yourself because I made you see the truth you don’t want to admit.

You don’t know me. You don’t know my story. But you will.

But don’t you ever call me a victim. I won’t answer to that. I won’t allow them any more power over me.

I am the truth. I am the light. I am LOVE! Nobody ever took that away from me. Nobody will ever take that away from me.

You could have made me a villain, all you’ve done is make me the hero I was always supposed to be!

I choose Love. I choose to do the work my soul requires to heal, to become something more amazing than even I thought was possible. I choose forgiveness but not for them, for me.

But what is coming for you is above my paygrade. You can’t say you didn’t have enough warnings, you did.

Now see what happens when you mistake kindness for weakness. When you mistake genuine love and compassion for something else. When you think that because I don’t speak, I don’t know what has been going on. I know it ALL!!

The meek shall inherit the Earth! The truth has a way of being revealed in divine timing and that time is now.
