Unable to play the game via game pass

Recently I've been unable to play the game via Ultimate Game Pass on xbox one. When I try to launch the game I receive an error message saying that I either need to own the game or have the relevant subscription in order to play it (which I do, i checked and my game pass sub is active).

The game is still listed on the game pass library and I have had no issues playing it in the past.

The only think I can think of is that I recently performed a removal of persistent storage and cleared the cache on my xbox. However, all other titles seem to be working for me on game pass, including EA games such as FIFA etc.

Has anyone else experienced this or provide any remedies or workarounds for this issue?

I play on a basic xbox one.
