any experience with steps to hope?

this is an edinburgh based charity for homelessness and addiction. i’ll keep it brief to protect people’s privacy, but i’ve heard some increasingly concerning things about the way they operate.

i also seen a homelessness worker in this subreddit talking about how the nhs and specialist services disagree with their tactics. which is unsurprising to me. but i’d like to know what other people’s experiences with them are?
