VA Cardiologist

Good morning, This is going to be a long post but here it goes! On 5/28 or 5/27/25 had a triple bypass surgery at the VA Hospital in Nashville, TN. Supposedly by one of the top Vanderbilt surgeons. I had zero cares about this surgery thinking that I was good had. I was indeed not in good hands I had several Myocardial infarction due to two of the three bypasses failing. The only reason I am still here is because the Widow Maker did not fail! I had multiple Myocardial infarction after that s man said everything would be better.!I never said anything about sex but he stated it would be great after surgery.

I am still having issues and I and they won’t tell me my heart got damaged during surgery. I contacted a law firm but they told me basically that because it was a Vanderbilt doctor and not a VA doctor that did the surgery I could not sue the VA. Has anyone heard of this before? I know they damaged my heart and anytime I send the secure message asking about it I get crickets but if ask about anything not having to due with questions about my heart damage I get a response. I need a good Nashville lawyer who knows how the VA here operates. I think that lawyer was out of Austin, TX.
