Management seat in VIT AP

I got 96000 rank in VITEEE exam,i didn't applied for counseling but I am want to study in VIT AP,so is there any management seats available for CSE and ECE branch,how should I approach them please help me guys,my budget for 4 years is 25 lakhs including hostel and mess
