Thoughts on the regions within ORR

I'm talking straight to not just the local residents of Hyderabad, but also others staying here for different reasons. We've Hyderabad, and Secunderabad being considered Twin Cities. But, there's 3rd city named Cyberabad which is never truly considered separate from Hyderabad. And now, 4th city tentatively named as AI city is being constructed in the southern region of Hyderabad.

Cyberabad is undoubtedly a Posh region, and now upcoming AI city would be nothing less/short of that. But, are we ready for a new city? And when we start talking about investments, how many of us are truly ready to invest in the 4th City? Not to forget, the investments in the 3rd city are yet to turn fruitful to not just few hundreds, but lakhs of investors.

What are your thoughts on this? Any suggestions, loopholes, expectations.. you may comment anything.
