Compare that with meme stocks like AMC and GME that squeezed with 5–10× larger floats. Here, supply is already tight. That means even modest demand in September could have outsized price impact.

August proved the thesis: UTRX doubled from $0.07 to $0.1519, with volume spikes near 1.5M shares showing clear accumulation. Support has formed at $0.13–$0.14, resistance remains $0.17.

Catalysts are there to spark demand: BTC/ETH reserves, patent-pending tokenization rails, and a structural mining partnership for inflows. The float size is the multiplier.
