OB/GYN (experience w/Perimenopause symptoms)

Looking for a new GYN as my Doc recently left Novant (received a very informal letter about her departure). Anyways, I’m experiencing what I think are symptoms associated with perimenopause such as HEAVY cramping and bleeding, which I’ve never experienced before. I’ve never had issue with cramps, but now in my mid-40s, they are kicking my a$$ to the point where I can barely stand the first two days. I absolutely need help and would love a GYN who doesn’t throw a pill at me to make it go away. I’m in pain now and praying for relief.
