What's a baseball announcer cliche you strongly dislike?

For me, it's when a team gets a big lead and the announcer says, "He breaks the game open". That makes absolutely zero sense. If the game is open, it means both teams still have a chance at winning it. If one team is blowing the other team out and they have zero chance of coming back, it makes more sense to say they "slammed the door closed" or something similar.
