Which track would I contact for an idea for a Live Event?

My friends and I were at the bunny hutch, chilling and drinking while the DJ spun mostly top 40 tunes

But when he suddenly played Panic! At The Disco, the ENTIRE area around me lit up. Everyone was singing along an jamming to it and every other emo song that came on

I have a local haunt that does an Emo Night event that’s always a hit. I do Emo Nights on Twitch and people love them. So why don’t we do an Emo Night at DragonCon?

Elder millennials make a huge part of the con’s demographic, and it’d be a great chance to see emo outfits or emo variants of cosplays

Does anyone have the point of contact if I wanted to turn this idea into a reality?
