Market Cap < $1M, Treasury Target > $2M
Here’s the mismatch most traders haven’t noticed yet. OTC: UTRX still trades under a $1M market cap, but management has already committed up to $2M for Bitcoin reserves.
5.5 BTC has already been acquired, with more purchases expected under their treasury reserve policies. On top of that, they hold rights to buy up to 50% of a miner’s monthly BTC output—a rare structural advantage.
That’s effectively discounted Bitcoin exposure: buy the stock at a sub-$1M valuation while the balance sheet itself could eclipse that figure.
The float adds torque—only ~40M shares left after 165M were retired. August doubled the stock to $0.1519, with resistance capped at $0.17. September is about whether $0.20+ can be retaken.
Does this remind you more of a value arbitrage play or a high-growth speculation? Either way, the mismatch is glaring.
