2013 Toyota Camry SE, headlight troubleshooting and parts question

Good morning,

My headlights stopped turning on a little while ago, and the high beams are only semi functional, meaning they only turn on when flicking them on, they won’t turn on in the locked position. Indicators on the dash don’t light up either (except the high beam light when flicking them on, but NOT in the locked position). Fog lights work fully as intended. I checked the fuses, all looks good. I haven’t bothered swapping the bulbs because I figured if the highbeams are affected then swapping the bulbs won’t do any good.

I took note of the headlight relay (TOYOTA 90080-87024 TN156700-2710), but I couldn’t get a definitive answer for the amperage. A couple people say it’s rated for 20A, but I can only find 30A or higher that fits the configuration of this car.

Before I shell out $130 for an OEM relay from a dealership, or skip this step and go straight to buying and replacing the combination stalk, would I be okay to plug a 30A relay into this thing? Or is that a bad idea? Thanks everyone.
