Question on cleaning and SD

So, my oldest child and thier SO went to a wedding with free beer and wine. Post wedding there was a stop at a bar, you can all see where this is going....

SO vomited in the bed, on the floor, and in a trash can (and on my kid).

They pull off the bedding and balled it up, the carpet was left as is.

How screwed are they on the SD?
