Documents needed doubt

I have a question regarding the application of CSC. I am still studying in my 3rd year of B.com and I will apply to CSC this year on provisional basis, however I don't know if my university will delay the original marksheet and transcript issuance or make it on time. So, I want to know if I am selected for CSC can I register in China using provisional documents or will I need originals for registration with the University ??

I talked to one the students who will also be applying this year and he said that provisional documents will work for registration as well. But I am doubtful so I want to confirm this from someone who might have knowledge about this.
