Any foundation recommendations for dry, somewhat sensitive skin?

Hi everyone!

I am in the market for a new foundation. I have dry skin due to the climate I’m in and I break out if my skin doesn’t stay hydrated. I have slight redness and counter that with skincare and my green primer.

My most recent foundation was from Haus Labs. I don’t want to repurchase this product as the bottle was not of good quality and it spilled everywhere, even when it was in a secure bag. The product itself was okay to me and I bought it at the recommendation of the Sephora employee when I told them I have dry skin lol

I’ve used Too Faced Foundation in the past. I currently use their concealer. I’ve also used Fenty’s more dewy foundation too.

Not really looking for water based products as my skin will slurp that up. I enjoy the feeling of the foundation hydrating my skin but being full coverage. I am also open to anything with SPF!
