how to slow down a friendship that feels too one-sided?

i (25F) moved to a new city earlier this year and i don't have a big social circle yet. i met this girl (22F) on bumble bff a couple of months ago. we've hung out several times now and while she's nice, i don't feel the natural connection i usually look for in a girl friend. things sometimes feel awkward and she can come across as a bit immature and negative (which drains me)

the issue is that she is v persistent lol she texts me almost every week asking when we're hanging out again. i feel pressured and end up making excuses bc i dont wanna hang out as often as she does. she also tends to lean on me a bit (asking for rides, splitting bills evenly even when i order less, etc.)

she also keeps pushing to go clubbing with me (just the two of us) but ive grown out of that stage. i dont drink anymore (she knows this too) and i have no interest in nightlife. im in a committed relationship and i prefer lowkey plans instead.

on top of that, she tends to complain and hold grudges often bringing up other girls and talking negatively abt them. she doesnt really have gfs of her own despite living here for 4+ years. her only friends are two girls who are dating her bf's friends.

she was living with her college roommates (she hates them) until last month and now she lives with her bf (27M) and it just feels like we're in different stages of life.

i dont want to completely cut her off especially since im still building my social circle here and i like her for the most part but i dont wanna keep feeling pressured into a friendship that doesn't fit. how do i kindly slow things down without hurting her feelings or making things awkward?

TL;DR: new friend keeps chasing me to hang out but i dont feel the chemistry. she asks for rides, split bills unevenly, holds grudges and doesnt have gfs despite living here 4+ years. she also wants to go clubbing a lot but im in a relationship, dont drink and prefer lowkey plans. i don't want to cut her off completely but need advice on how to slow things down kindly.
