BMW 135i m pack

So I saw a listing for a 2009 BMW 135i m package. I’ve always wanted a bmw because I think they’re sick cars, and I really enjoy the 1 series’ look. It’s got 98k kms on it and the owner has put 40k kms on it since 2013. Water/coolant pump replaced at 83k kms and all four brake rotors and pads replaced at 98k kms. Should I get this car? It’s completely stock (aside from the M suspension etc) so that’s a good sign that it hasn’t been driven hard. I’m not super knowledgeable on BMWs and I’ve heard some not so good things about the N54 that’s in this car, but was curious if this low mileage example would still be sturdy and not cause me issues.
