What can we do to save environment and ecological system of HP AND create secure infrastructure for development.

As title says, first and foremost we need to save environment and ecological system of our state. For this i believe we need strict policies to save forest land. We also need to have control on tourist influx, where only certain number of tourists can enter in a month (may be permit or pass). This need to strictly enforced.

For infrastructure more than 2 floor should not be allowed for residential use and 3 floor for commercial use. Any construction should be only allowed after proper geographical survay by experts.

Road project's need to implemented by international standard and people need to be hold responsible strictly.

There is no point in chasing profits today if there is no state after 10 years...

What are your thoughts and how can word reach to people in power. Also goverment need to understand you cannot be in power if there is no state..
