Need help with Trading

Hi I am 24M from India. I am trying to understand and study trading from May 2025, till now i was studying indian market and the charts of nifty and bank nifty (indices of Indian market), but recently I came accross few influencers teaching fair value gaps stuff which was unknown to me. I googled it and came across ICT and eventually I started reading reddit posts where most of the people suggest to study it from YouTube and start with ICT 2022 mentorship. I started and I can barely understand anything, I understand "Fair Value gap", i understand "Order Block" but something called as "price action" is all going above my head.

I want help. So please if anyone has gone through these ict videos, have some notes or some sort of advice to make it easier, please share it.
