Seeking Prayer and Guidance

My husband and I are going through some potentially very hard times financially with him looking at a career change after nearly 30 years in the same job. He has been looking and applying for almost anything that looks relatable but he’s had almost zero results from his inquiries. He has consulted with job specialist in our area who have told him that he’s chances are pretty dismal being an older guy trying to find work in the AI era. I make good income and we do have some savings but not enough to really see us through and if it were just us I would not be as concerned but we also financially support his parents who are in there 80s and have no retirement other than social security that would not cover their expenses on its own. I am just seeking prayer and spiritual guidance that we will know the way when we see it and be able to forge ahead until we do. Thank you so much in advance.
