$10-15k and about 75 guests, near Orange, CT

Hi! This is more seeking advice, but we’re an Indian origin same sex couple looking do a ceremony + small reception for about 75 guests. We’re budgeting about 12k for the reception. Unfortunately had no luck finding venues yet which will cater to our food preferences ie allow outside vendors within our budget range.

Any advice? We’re planning for May 2026!
