Whattup peopleof casper (I purposefully decided to not use Caspernians), I'm very seriously looking at moving to Casper with my family (spouse and 2 kids under 12). I've been here a few times and am looking into where to live. I've found that in some places I get bitten to shyte by midgies. suggest?
