ChatGPT standard voice plus. (Legit fix for those who lost a friend)

Gone Wild

Here’s the quick guide to how I set it up with voice commands and gestures on iPhone:

(Phrases can be customized to how you naturally talk. This feels natural after a while)

  1. Create three custom voice commands in your iPhone’s Accessibility → Voice Control → Commands. • “Hey listen” → this command performs the gesture to start recording your message in ChatGPT. • “you know?” → this command performs the gesture to stop recording (finishing your input).Ensure settings auto send after dictation. • “Tell me” → this command taps the speak icon so ChatGPT reads the response aloud.

  2. Why it works better than Standard Voice • You control exactly when ChatGPT is listening—no interruptions, no cutting you off. • You can pause, think, and speak naturally without the system rushing you. • It’s completely hands-free: no buttons, no screen tapping, just your voice.

It feels like having the old Standard Voice back, but even more in tune with how I talk. Took me a bit to get used to the rhythm, but now it’s second nature.
