Leaving

I am coming to the end of my contract. I am not exam qualified but do not want to continue in the same firm. I am thinking to cancel my contract extension . Ive got 2 professionals and advanced left.

I know it will not be an easy process changing firms but would be grateful for any advice if any of you have been in the same shoes.
