What characters in American Horror Story never got their comeuppance? Who would you like to see get it that never did? From any season.

I love Jessica Lange, and I think she played Elsa perfectly. But let's be honest...in one of the most disturbing scenes of the series, Elsa gives an embittered and revenge-driven Penny a spiked drink. While under the influence of drugs, Penny is gang raped by the carnival performers.

The scene is controversial because it was not initially portrayed as non-consensual by all characters, but it was clear that Penny was drugged. The perpetrators, most of whom are painted as "heroes" of the story, face no consequences.

Elsa, who facilitated the attack and later blackmailed Penny with footage of the assault, also never faces repercussions.

It bothered me when the writers decided to say Penny consented, when you can't if drugged. Then had her fall in love with Paul. In some odd way, how the "freaks" ended up seemed almost like karma for being complicit through it all. Apparently it's normal at that time for this to happen, does not make it right. You can still be toxic and a victim at the same time.

On that note, I still LOVE the season and the actors. Opinions?
