Ordering tools from the website. What gives?

An open box rigid vacuum that was DOA - would not turn on

And over the weekend a flowzone zephyr backpack sprayer also clearly an open box with the hardware and spray nozzles missing.

Both were purported to be new online.

Support said the flowzone was send by a third party. Is this normal???

Annoyed is an understatement.

Feels like shopping at the blue and yellow Wal or the orange A-Z online store.
