Business account

I haven’t used Venmo very much, but someone is claiming they paid me. I received a text message that says a payment was sent but that it was sent from a business account and so the payment is on hold until I receive second payment from the same business. I don’t see anything on my account. This seems like a scam to me but again I am not familiar enough to be confident about it.
