Remembering my first seizure

I was diagnosed when I was about 11 or 12 years old? I turn 30 later this month. But I still remember and think about my 1st seizure and what I was doing before….i remember I was at my dad’s and it was morning. Just made myself a bowl of Ramen noodles for breakfast. We were watching tv and laughing about something. Don’t remember what was on tv or what we were laughing about. But i definitely remember the tv on and laughing. But everything goes blank from there until I wake up confused and disoriented on a stretcher being carried out to an ambulance and seeing my mom crying……..so I was wondering. Is it normal to remember your 1st seizure?
