The Iron Sovereign is Dead

The throne lies empty. Five kings carve the shattered realm into bloody pieces, each hungry for power and shadowed by secrets darker than war itself.

You are mercenaries skilled, ruthless, and expendable - fighting in a world where trust is a weapon and every choice can unravel the future.

This is a combat-heavy campaign with real-stakes RP and lasting consequences:

• Bad diplomacy can (and probably will) lead to bloodshed.
• Politics, paranoia, and power struggles are everywhere.
• Some NPCs are built like you - and they fight like it.

We recently had 2 players step out and are looking to fill their spots. The current party is level 5 with a Swarmkeeper Ranger, Hexblade Warlock, Barb/Fighter and an Illusion Wizard. It will not be hard to integrate you in.

🔥 What to Expect

1. Combat
   • Back-to-back encounters are common.
   • You’ll need to use your full kit and coordinate tactics.
   • Average fights last 6–7 rounds (10+ is rare).
   • If long, tactical combat isn’t fun for you, this isn’t the campaign.
2. Consequences & Agency
   • Actions matter - even if effects aren’t instant.
   • Failures can sometimes be salvaged with clever play.
   • Engagement is on you: if you’re bored, create opportunities.
3. Character Sheets
   • I won’t track your mechanics for you.
   • You are responsible for your own resistances, reductions, and abilities.
4. Feedback
   • I do pulse checks after sessions.
   • If something isn’t working, speak up - no judgment, no punishment.
5. Edition Rules
   • Running on the 2014 ruleset.
   • Please don’t bring 2024 comparisons to the table.
