This update is INCREDIBLE

I'll just preface this right on:
I know a lot of people have performance issues, I am thankfully NOT one of them and I'm very sorry we've gotten to this point.

With that out of the way, what can I say man... I firmly believe this has got to be the BEST update we've ever gotten, and to think that it's free boggles my mind.

Where do I start?

My first mission was the truck convoy thing, I was a little blown away by the map itself at first, but then the mission went on and on with nothing really new happening so I was feeling a bit let down... But then I've heard a roar, one I've never heard before so that was an "oh shit" moment, and so a new enemy appeared, the dragonroach. It was an insane sight, the design is absolutely amazing and the movement as well, it's so much fun to fight and such a good addition to the terminid roster.

The music? Amazing, honestly I wasn't expecting any new pieces so I was also blown away by the intensity of it.

So the second mission, that's where shit hit the fan. It was a nursery drill mission, so most of it was underground. I thought "this is it, it's the best it can get".
I've had many issues with my current loadout so I started thinking right away on how to make my life easier (the machine gun instantly came to mind). Amidst all chaos I started hearing stalkers and I couldn't really believe it, they're so much scarier inside the caves.

We then proceeded to exit the caves on a small aperture near the edge of the map, I went first and called down supplies + EAT. I started hearing a bit of rumbling going on, a roar, so I immediately looked to the skies but saw nothing, looked at my minimap and sure enough it had a big red blip on it but I was seeing no enemies around. My mind went "oh it's just a bugged heavy underground or whatever, it happens" but then I started seeing sand move and the rumbling got heavier, so I started thinking that maybe it's an "event" that happens outside of bounds on the map?

Lo and behold, the ground started violently shaking and an enormous mass just emerged from the sand, it was a fucking HIVE LORD staring right at me. I was left in awe, I didn't even begin thinking that I wanted to deal with it, I just wanted to savor the moment of such an amazing encounter. I then proceeded to get dissolved by his acid, shit happens.

So yeah, the performance side to this update is to be desired but honestly I cannot compliment enough on how this update changed the game (for good), I can't WAIT to see what's in store for other factions now.

Side note: I now know why the dust devils warbond has a missile silo and an incendiary AK, it all makes way more sense now.
