Is There Something Like A Suggestion Box For Future Raids/Outbreaks Somewhere On The Net?

Just curious if there was a website or something for this, because there are a handful of pokemon I'd like to see revisited as an outbreak/raid that I missed due to not being far enough along in the game to have access to their spawn area at the time of their original outbreak/raid.
