Hiring process question

Currently going through the background check for NYS Police dispatch, I was informed by September 11th the information would be submitted back to HR. How longer after would you think I would hear back regarding the role with new York state police? They have been extremely responsive. First interview held in July, typing exam in August and investigation began on August 11th.
