'Your sister's older, so she gets the say.'

Child of Divorce

About a year ago now, my mother moved out. My sister and I had to choose, but my father would only pick my sister's choice because 'she's older and more mature'. (We're 2 years apart of age).
She chose to live with our dad. I already didn't agree, but he would only listen to my sister, so I had to keep my mouth shut.

Recently, I really couldn't take it and asked my aunt and mother if it would be possible to move to hers.
When I had to tell my dad, he instantly went on a rant asking why I would ever want to live with her. And practically made me feel miserable for even asking and wanting to move.

But why I want to move? Well, 10 reasons;

  1. All my life, he didn't bother going to the hospital, despite me vomiting blood all ever since I was 2.
  2. He said I was faking everything and just overreacting. Screaming, even.
  3. When I was diagnosed with Celiac's desease, he just said that it isn't that serious, told me that 'Just because it hurts doesn't mean you have to stop eating it.' and began joking about putting gluten in my dinner - which could literally throw me in the hospital.
  4. He talks about his new gf's daughter like it's his own, despite only having known her for 6 months - he just calls everyone but me his child.
  5. I do one thing wrong in his eyes, and he's instantly back to screaming. But not if his gf's there, no, then he's a wonderfull dad - it makes me sick.
  6. He literally screams at me for vomiting if I get sick, like I can do anything about it.
  7. He instantly gets angry at me when I get angry or upset in the slightest, like he hasn't spend 79% of my life screaming at me.
  8. He only ever buys gluten-free foods when I'm practically starving. Besides that, he swoons all the time over gluten foods.
  9. He has no sensee of boundaries: I tell him 20 times that I hate physicall touch - he's still hugging me. I tell him about the jokes not being funny countless times - he makes more, and less mercifull.
  10. He does everything he can to understand his gf's daughter and my sis, but doesn't even do one thing to try and understand me.

Her bf is fantastic, he actually does care about me being a Celiac - upset at how little foods there are and how it's not everywhere considered serious. And actually seems worried when I do get sick. And has some sense of boundaries. And actually listens to me.

Only con is that I would not be able to see my online friend anymore - long distance, so he always takes the train when we do meet irl. At my dad's, the train station is practically the neighbouring street. At my mother's, there ain't a station for miles. That's also the exact reason why I didn't say it earlier about wanting to move to my mother's, and also why I still wanna stay with my dad. THAT GUY IS MY FAVORITE PERSON, I STILL WANNA SEE AND HUG HIM IN PERSON (yes, I do accept his hugs).
