Does anyone think GW is starting to accommodate magnets in their (not so) mini’s

I’ve just cracked open the Age of Darkness Saturnine box and I’ve noticed a lot of recesses in the weapons and arm mounts. I’m pretty sure the recesses are just right for 1mm thick magnets of a couple of different sizes.

Am I being optimistic or is this a coincidence?
