Recipe Request: Fadi’s Mediterranean Grill Okra Dish

Hi all, there’s a chain in Texas that has this delicious tomato and okra dish that I’d love to be able to reproduce at home. Only, I’ve absolutely no idea what it is or where to start. Long shot, but does anyone have a copy cat?
