Any MHBP Standard plan holders have a GLP-1 covered? If yes, what were the pre-authorization requirements?

I just switched to the MHBP standard plan and was hoping to get coverage for a GLP-1. My BMI is 30 and I have some comorbidities that can get worse with obesity (raynauds and HS).

What was your experience getting a GLP-1 covered?
