Timing ECF at the finish line

Hello! I submitted my last ECF in March, and it was approved, with a count of 116 payments. ECF’s are retroactive, right? So looking in my tracker, April thru present payments haven’t counted towards forgiveness. I’m still employed at the same place. I guess what I’m wondering out loud is how the heck green banners work! By my counts I’m at 120. Do I submit another ECF? I have Edfinancial as a services, fwiw. Thanks for your help.
