Honestly shocked

It was about 8pm last night and I didn’t want to drive to Olive Garden so I placed a delivery order. They do delivery through ubereats (I usually use doordash) but just assumed it’d be fine. The order takes about an hour to get here which is already a red flag to me and then I get a notification with the picture of my food on my porch. thats not olive garden. thats not my name, that is some random dude’s chipotle order. I walk to the parking lot no driver is there and I call olive garden in hopes for them to resend it. they closed delivery :( so i just get a refund. I call the uber eats girl just to let her know of this mistake, she passes the phone around the room to a bunch of people who agree none of them are uber eats drivers. I say “oh ok then i must have the wrong number” one chimes in and finally goes “im your uber eats driver let me call uber support!” and im like awesome great. never hear back. no olive garden. no closure.
