Cost to finish a basement in Halifax?

Me and my wife are toying with the idea of finishing 600 square feet of our basement to add more space for the kids

Previous home owner must of been in the process of finishing it as the all the exterior walls are framed, plumbed, electrical run, insulated and vapor barriered, HVAC duct work run, windows are all egress as well.

Basically whats left to do is frame the interior walls, run electrical on interior walls, add bathroom and plumbing for bathroom, drywall and flooring.

The stairs going down to the basement are messed up so I’m estimating 6-10k to bring stairs to code if we have to.

Just seeing what people here have gone through lately to get an estimate on what contractors might charge.
