Skyrim sword effects

So i just saw a yt video about a sword with 6 effects, what they said was
i take a silver sword
with the enchantments fiery soul trap and chaos
then it have 6 effects

i know that the fiery soul trap gives the effect
soul trap
burn dmg
and extra dmg with the target are on fire

and chaos enchanment gives
give 50% chance for
fire
frost
or shock dmg

could there be a reason for they use a silver sword
and not another sworld
dose the silver sword have a hidden effect

like an effect that makes its stronger against werewolf because its silver
or someting else, plzz comment if you have any idea
