Looking for a balance wheel for Shanghai SH4132 (blue hairspring)

Hello,
I’m looking for a balance wheel for a Shanghai SH4132 movement, ideally with the original blue hairspring.

Does anyone know:

• where I can find this part (online sellers, eBay, watchmakers)?
• or if a compatible balance wheel from another Shanghai caliber would work?

Thanks a lot for your help!
